• Rates are subject to change based on flight and hotel availability at the time of final booking confirmation.
• A 50% advance deposit is required to secure bookings, with the remaining balance due 15 days before the departure date.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, and shopping are not included in the package.
• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the destination country's immigration department; visa application fees are non-refundable.
• The agency reserves the right to alter itineraries in the interest of safety, comfort, or local regulations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, local events).
